Light Summer Dinner
I ate a huge lunch...along with an ice cream sandwich...So for dinner I want to go with something delicious but light! I sauteed the shrimp in a mixture of butter, lemon, garlic power, sea salt, and pepper.
I then baked asparagus at 400 degrees with olive oil, sea salt, and lemon and threw a little salad on the side.
