Best Cheese Burger- Man Approved

Seriously best burger I have ever made!!

Place ground beef in bowl ( I used 90/10) pour a generous amount of Dales over meat (so much that the meat looks brown) Hand mix together and form patties.  Pan sear over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side.

I used a toasted sweet hawiian bun and toped the burger with American cheese, avacado, and sautéed onions and mushrooms.

Even Tristan said it was the best burger he had ever had.

DO NOT PRESS MEAT WHILE COOKING. This will cause burger to dry out.

BEST GRILLED CHEESE EVER!

I made the following grilled cheese sandwiches with creamy tomato basil soup. I could eat this everyday!!!

1) Cream cheese, colby jack, grilled jalapeno, and bacon ***(Best Ever)***

2) Mozzarella, basil, and tomato

3) Vermont cheddar and Munster

4)  White cheddar with sautéed mushrooms and onions.

Steak and Lobster

If you want to make a man happy; cook him this meal! Tristan said mmMMm after every bite.

Steak-
I marinade the steak in Dales at room temperature for 15-30 minutes (you could use worcestershire sause if you can't find Dales)

Next I brown each side in olive oil for about 5 minutes per side and then bake them at 350 for about 15 minutes. As soon as they come out of the oven I put a tablespoon of butter and splash of dales over each steak.

Lobster Tails-
Sautee Lobster tails in butter and garlic until shell turns a bright pinkish red color.

Mushrooms-
Sautee in butter and garlic power, with chopped onions.

Chicken Lazone- YUM!!

Creamy and DELICIOUS!! This is so easy to make and super quick. You can make it with pasta, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash...honestly it would great over anything!
